HSI extends its drop to 800+ pts and is now at 26,586

[ET Net News Agency, 2 February 2026] The Hang Seng Index extended its fell to more than
800 points, or 801 points to 26,585. The Hang Seng Index now fell 801 points, or 2.9% to
26,585; with market turnover of 217.82b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now fell
302 points, or 3.3% to 9,014; the Hang Seng TECH Index now fell 230 points, or 4% to
5,487.
BABA-W (09988) now fell HK$7.5, or 4.4% to HK$161.7, with turnover of HK$9.19b; HSBC
HOLDINGS (00005) fell HK$2.6, or 1.9% to HK$134, with turnover of HK$1.13b; BYD COMPANY
(01211) fell HK$8, or 8.2% to HK$89.75, with turnover of HK$3.83b. (ed)
