上回提到，打工仔撰寫電郵時一般都會有種「萬事起頭難」的感覺，總是不知道如何落墨。但是開了個「靚頭」之後，如何撰寫電郵內文(body)又是另一門學問，因此今期會為大家繼續講解下去。

　　撰寫電郵的目的有很多種，電郵的內文(body)亦會因應不同目的而有所不同，有可能用到的字詞和句子都大有不同，因此今次就會以不同撰寫理由分類，舉出一系列常用字詞讓大家隨時copy and paste。不想email「虎頭蛇尾」？準備學習吧！

一、敍述原因

E.g. Supporting dual SIM is the reason for our product's great sales.

支持雙卡雙待是我們產品大賣的原因。

E.g. The extra weight is the reason for the high shipping charges.

超重是造成高額運費的原因。

E.g. The bad weather was the reason for our late arrival.

惡劣的天氣是我們遲到的原因。

有鑑於市場趨勢，我們應該強調商品的輕巧化。

E.g. In view of the new government regulations, taxes will go up by 2% this year.

有鑑於新政府的規定，今年的税率將增加百分之二。

     原因如下

E.g. Hours of operation are being adjusted for the following reasons: first, most clients are overseas; second, several employees have requested a noon start time; finally, equipment issues generally arise in the evening.

由於以下原因，我們正在調整營業時間：第一，多數客戶都在海外；第二，數名員工要求從中午開始上班；最後一個原因是設備問題通常發生於夜間。

E.g. Customer satisfaction has fallen for the following reason: poor technical support.

客服滿意度降低的原因：缺乏技術支援。

E.g. Mr. Jones quit for the following reasons: first, he was unhappy in his work; second, he had personal problems.

瓊斯先生辭職的原因如下：第一，他不喜歡他的工作；第二，他有私人的問題要解決。
