1. to launch a product 推出產品

Example:

In just one week, we’re going to launch our new organic hair rinse product.

在短短的一周內，我們將推出新出的有機洗髮水產品。

2. to pioneer a product 開拓產品

Example:

We will pioneer the new model in six Canadian cities first, beginning next year.

從明年開始，我們將首先在加拿大的六個城市率先推出這新型號。

3. to make a debut 初試啼聲、首次亮相

“make a debut” 中的 “debut” 是一個法文字，意思是「初次登台」。

Example:

This phone for business users is expected to make a debut at the end of next month or the beginning of July and will retail for a price around USD$400.

這款商業人士用的電話預計將於下月底或7月初首次亮相，零售價約

400美元。

4. to jump at an opportunity 抓住機會

Example:

When given the chance to share our thoughts on important issues, we should jump at the opportunity to begin the process of growth and transformation. 

當有機會就重要事項分享我們的想法時，我們應該抓住機會以增長和轉型。

5. to drive demand 推動需求

Example:

Once initial sales have begun, the next step is to drive demand for the product through effective marketing.

初始銷售開始後，下一步就是通過有效的營銷來推動對該產品的需求。

6. to co-opt one’s tactics 借鑒某人的策略

Example:

All of our remaining business partners agree that discounting increases sales, so let's co-opt their tactics.

我們所有剩餘的業務合作夥伴都同意打折可以增加銷售額，所以讓我們借鑒他們的策略吧。

7. to change the status quo 改變現狀

Example:

In this financial crisis, we have to change the status quo.

在這場金融危機中，我們必須改變現狀。

8. to maintain the status quo 維持現狀

Example:

Our company has decided to maintain the status quo on the process followed to give security clearances to telecommunications companies.

我們公司已決定維持對電信公司進行安全檢查所遵循的流程的現狀。

9. to lead the change effort 領導變革工作

Example:

We ought to assemble a group with enough power to lead the change effort and encourage the group to work as a team. 

我們應該組建一支足夠強大的團隊來領導變革工作，並鼓勵該團隊一起工作。

10. to make tweaks to the pricing 調整價格

Example:

We suspected that we had priced it too high; as such, we had made tweaks to the pricing.

我們懷疑我們定價過高；因此，我們對價格進行了調整。
